Privacy Policy
Le Monsieur respects the privacy of visitors to our web site. We collect data which is provided in an effort to improve your on-line shopping experience. Contact information including email, address, telephone number etc. which is provided by the user is solely for the purpose of completing the order. This includes information pertaining to gift recipients. Financial information including credit card numbers, expiration dates, billing address is used solely to bill the customer for their order.

Return Policy

In order to return merchandise a return authorization request (RR) must be made.
Return requests are to be made within seven days from the date of delivery.
All returns must be received within seven days of return request.
There will be a 20% restocking fee on return items
Made to measure and custom clothing can not be returned
All merchandise must be unworn, unused and in original condition. All original tags must be attached.
Le Monsieur has the right to refuse return of goods that do not meet Le Monsieur's Return Policy requirements.
There are no refunds and no exchanges on underware, bags, and accessories.
All merchandise purchased "ON SALE" or purchased at a discounted price are FINAL SALE. No exchanges or refunds.
All Pre-Order sales are only exchangeable for other items or for a website and in store credit.
All orders purchased with an existing website credit are FINAL SALE. There are no returns and re-orders with web credit.
All orders purchased as a SPECIAL order or "IN STORE ONLY" order can only be exchanged for another item or for a web credit. NO CASH REFUNDS!
Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. Customer will be responsible for all shipping & re-shipping charges for exchanges.
All merchandise that is purchased at www.shoplemonsieur.com must be returned by an insured carrier to our website address and will not be accepted at the boutique store.

How To Return An Item

Step 1. Email us at peek@shoplemonsieur.com to receive a Return Authorization Request Number (RAR#). You will need to complete a short form describing your reason for return. Please be aware that the issuance of a RAR# does not guarantee the goods will be accepted, nor that your credit card will automatically be refunded. You will be notified of acceptance once the goods have been returned and inspected.

Step 2. Please print out the email containing your RAR# and include that with your full name, address, phone number and email address.

Step 3. Merchandise must be shipped securely packaged, pre-paid, and insured, and must be received by Le Monsieur within seven days of receipt of RAR# for domestic orders, and sixteen days for international orders. Please call 626-569-TIES for address.

It is our recommendation that return items are shipped via UPS, FedEx or insured parcel post. We also recommend all tracking numbers of return packages be recorded and safely stored for proof of delivery.

Le Monsieur does not take any responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that any return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled. Please also note that Le Monsieur cannot accept any packages that are sent Cash/Check on Delivery (COD).

*Please note that RAR# must be legibly written on the outside of package to insure proper and timely handling of return(s). Goods will not be processed/refunded without an RAR#.

Step 4. An email response will be sent to you regarding the status of your return. We will process your request within five business days upon receiving the package.

Step 5. If the return is approved, all refunds will be given in the same method of original payment. Only the value of the merchandise and sales tax, minus any discounts, if any, will be refunded. Shipping charges and import duties are not refundable. Please allow 2-4 weeks for processing the refund to your credit card, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit amount to appear on your statement.

Gift Returns

You may exchange any gift from Le Monsieur for another gift of the same value or more, provided your additional cost difference, shipping, customs, taxes and import duties.

Cancellation Policy

Our clothing is custom made. All custom sales are final. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of the initial order in writing to peek@shoplemonsieur.com

Exchanges


Exchanges will be accepted for unworn/tagged and strung merchandise only. Your credit card will only be affected if there is a balance due or owed. We will not charge you for shipping the new item (this applies to our standard shipping method). Expedited shipping will have an additional charge. If applicable (a balance is due), your credit card will be charged at the time of transaction.
